Check-in / Check-out & Late Check-out Policies

These policies apply to all cabins in the resort and are designed to ensure a comfortable guest experience and efficient team operations.
Standard Hours
- Check-in: after 15:00
- Check-out: before 11:00
Early Check-in (optional, subject to availability)
- 11:00 – 13:59: free if available
- Before 11:00: +50% of the first night's rate (it is recommended to block the previous night for guarantee)
- Confirmation is provided on the day of arrival, depending on availability and cleaning status
Late Check-out (subject to availability)
- 11:00 – 12:00: free if available
- 13:00 – 14:59: +150 RON / cabin
- 15:00 – 18:59: +50% of the last night's rate
- After 19:00: +100% of the last night's rate (considered an additional night)
Confirmed Late Check-out (Busy Periods)
During peak periods (December 1st, Christmas, New Year's Eve, school holidays), guaranteed late check-out is available only if paid at the time of booking. If not guaranteed, late check-out remains subject to availability on the departure day.
Late Arrivals & Self Check-in
- Arrivals after 22:00: prior notice required
- Guided self check-in available (access code/lockbox)
Departure Inspection
Any damage or intensive cleaning (e.g., improper use of the jacuzzi) will be charged according to the fee schedule below.
Jacuzzi & Quiet Hours
- Private jacuzzi hours: 10:00 – 22:00 (night maintenance)
- Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00 (no loud music or parties)
Additional Terms
- Policies may be adjusted depending on seasonality and occupancy.
- Any exception to standard hours must be confirmed in writing (email/WhatsApp) by reception.

Fee Schedule
1) Cleaning / Order
- Intensive cabin cleaning (beyond normal use): 300 RON
- Extreme cleaning (food waste, large stains, persistent odor): 900 RON
- Extra cleaning for uncleaned grill/BBQ: 150 RON
- Unsanitary or abandoned waste on property: 100 RON
2) No-Smoking Policy (Indoor)
- Smoking indoors (any room): 1,000 RON (includes ozone/deodorization)
- Ozone treatment / odor neutralization (if additionally required): 300 RON
3) Jacuzzi / Private SPA
- Shock treatment + chemical rebalance (cloudy/oily water): 200 RON
- Full drain + refill + rebalance (severe contamination/excessive foam/oils): 600 RON
- Biological contamination (vomit/other fluids) – drain + deep sanitation: 1,000 RON
- Filter/consumables replacement (clogged due to improper use): 350 RON/unit
- Jacuzzi thermal cover – torn/burned/punctured: 1,500 RON (or repair cost by quote)
- Scratches to shell/acrylic, control panel/jets damage: from 500 RON → by quote
- Broken glass in/around jacuzzi (shutdown + emergency cleaning): 400 RON + related costs (drain if necessary)
4) Textiles / Inventory
- Damaged/lost/irreparably stained body towel: 50 RON
- Damaged/lost/irreparably stained bathrobe: 150 RON
- Damaged bed linen (sheet/pillowcase): 300 RON/set
- Damaged duvet/duvet cover: 400 RON
- Damaged mattress protector: 200 RON
- Damaged/irreparably stained mattress: from 1,500 RON (by quote)
5) Miscellaneous Damages
- Lock cylinder reprogram/replacement: from 600 RON (by quote)
- Damaged indoor/outdoor furniture: from 300 RON (by quote)
- Terrace/fireplace damage due to misuse: from 400 RON (by quote)
6) Guest / Pet / Noise Policies
- Undeclared extra guest: 250 RON/person/night (in addition to regular rate)
- Undeclared pet: 300 RON + 300 RON cleaning fee
- Intervention for disturbing noise after 22:00: 400 RON (and eviction upon recurrence, non-refundable)
7) Late Check-out / Early Check-in (Confirmed or Post-Factum)
- Late check-out 11:00–13:59: 150 RON
- Late check-out 14:00–17:59: 50% of last night's rate
- Late check-out ≥18:00: 100% of last night's rate
- Early check-in 11:00–13:59: 150 RON
- Early check-in <11:00: 50% of first night's rate (or previous night blocking)
Operational Notes (to include in House Rules / Confirmation)
- All fees are applied only with proof (photo/video, inspection report) and are accompanied by a tax invoice.
- "By quote" = actual part cost + labor; estimate provided within 5 business days.
- For jacuzzi use: oils/lotions/soap/shampoo/tights are forbidden; shower required before use. Non-compliance may result in access suspension until the issue is resolved.
