1. General Information

This Booking, Payment and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all reservations made directly through the website www.nivalisresortandspa.com, by phone, email, or through authorized partners such as NETOPIA PAYMENTS.

By making a reservation, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Booking Conditions

Reservations can be made by:

• Completing the booking form available on our website;
• Contacting us by phone at +40 754 885 599 or by email at admin@nivalisresortandspa.com;
• Using authorized booking platforms.

To confirm your reservation, full payment for the stay is required. The reservation will be guaranteed only after the full payment and the receipt of confirmation from Nivalis Resort & SPA.

All bookings are subject to room availability at the time of reservation.

Early check-in (optional, subject to availability)

• 11:00 a.m. – 1:59 p.m.: free of charge if available!
• Before 11:00: +50% of the first night's rate (we recommend booking the previous night as a guarantee)
• Confirmation is made on the day of arrival, subject to availability and cleaning status

Late check-out (subject to availability)

• 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: free of charge if available!
• 1:00 p.m. – 2:59 p.m.: +150 RON / cabin
• 3:00 p.m. – 6:59 p.m.: +50% of the last night's rate
• After 19:00: +100% of the last night's rate (considered an extra night)

Confirmed late check-out (busy periods)

During busy periods (December 1, Christmas, New Year's Eve, school holidays), late check-out is only guaranteed upon payment of the fee at the time of booking.

Without a guarantee, late check-out is subject to availability on the day of departure.

Late arrivals & self check-in

• Arrivals after 10 p.m.: advance notice required
• Guided self check-in available (access code/lockbox)

3. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

• CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, BANK TRANSFER, CASH ON ARRIVAL in certain situations

Online payments are processed securely through NETOPIA PAYMENTS.

All prices are expressed in RON and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

The guest is responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email at admin@nivalisresortandspa.com or through the same platform used for booking.

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date are free of charge.
• Late Cancellation: For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival, the cost of the first night's accommodation will be charged.
• No-Show: In case of no-show, the total amount of the booking may be charged.

If the guest shortens the stay after check-in, the unused nights are non-refundable.

5. Modification of Reservations

Reservation modifications (dates, number of guests, room type) are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Nivalis Resort & SPA.

Price differences may apply if the new booking period has different rates.

6. Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14-30 DAYS after cancellation confirmation, using the same payment method used for booking.

Transaction fees (if any) may be deducted from the refunded amount.

7. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on the confirmed check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

In this case, the reservation will be canceled, and NIVALIS RESORT & SPA reserves the right to retain the entire amount related to the reservation.

8. Jacuzzi & quiet hours

• Private jacuzzi hours: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. (nightly maintenance)
• Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. (no loud music/parties)

9. Force Majeure

Nivalis Resort & SPA reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control (natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events).

In such cases, guests will be offered the option to reschedule their stay or receive a full refund.
